A Brief History of Holy Family Parish:

	Parish Council started in June 24, 1984.
	Originally the parish was divided into different areas.
	The mass was conducted at the college auditorium for almost 12 years.
	The mass began at the new place in 1997 and the church was renovated in 2002.
	SCC(Small Christian Community)Units re-arranged in 2004.
	7 SCC Units were established in 2006 spread over an area of 10 Sq, Km.
	Mission in communion members visit to the parish in November 2005.

  Milestones of Holy Family Parish:

	The Parish began as a Mass Centre of St. Jospeh’s Church Berkheda at BSSS College Campus was upgraded later as a Parish in December, 1983.
	The Parish dedicated as Bl.Arnold’s Parish on 29-7-1984.
	Fr. Denis Carneiro was the Priest in charge of the Mass Centre at BSSS.
	Fr. Cletus Colaco SVD was the first Parish Priest of the newly declared Bl. Arnold’s Parish.
	Fr. Joseph P.P. Changed the Name of the Parish to Holy Family on 2001.
	Now the Holy Family Parish Has 133 registered Members living at Habibganj, Kasturba Nagar, M.P.Nagar, Saket Nagar, Shakti Nagar, Railway Colony, Bag Mughaliya, Danish Nagar, Katara Hills, Vidya Nagar, Surendra Palace etc.
